Indura English School (“we”, “our”, “the School”) operates the website  induraenglishschool.in and the Indura School mobile application (“App”). The App is a student & parent ERP portal designed to support classroom communication, attendance, academic content and parent engagement. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used and the choices available to you.

• Account information: student name, class & section, parent name, mobile number and email — provided at the time of admission or App sign-up.
• Academic information: attendance records, marks, homework submissions, quiz responses and learning resources accessed.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, App version and crash diagnostics, used solely to keep the App stable.
• Communication: messages exchanged with the school office or class teachers through the App.

We do not collect financial information, contacts, photos, microphone, location or precise device identifiers.

• To track and share daily attendance with parents.
• To deliver notes, videos, assignments and quiz content to students.
• To record academic progress and share periodic report cards.
• To send important announcements, fee reminders and PTM updates.
• To improve the stability and usability of the App.

All information is stored on secured servers with restricted access. Access to student data is limited to authorised school staff and the student's parent or guardian. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party. Information is only shared:

• With the parent / legal guardian of the registered student.
• With service providers (hosting, SMS, email) under strict confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, regulation or a valid government request.

Student accounts are created and operated by the school in coordination with the parent. Children do not provide personal information directly to us outside the scope of the academic services provided through the school.

Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data by writing to the school office. Account deletion can be initiated by contacting us at the email below; data is removed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to statutory record-keeping obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
