Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Indura English School website (induraenglishschool.in), the parent portal or the Indura School mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Accounts are issued to enrolled students and their registered parents / guardians by the school office. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You may use the Services only for lawful, school-related purposes, including:

• Viewing attendance, marks, timetable and academic notices.
• Accessing learning content, notes, videos and quizzes shared by teachers.
• Communicating with the school office and class teachers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law.
• Share login credentials with anyone outside your immediate family.
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Attempt to access, scrape or interfere with any part of the Services not intended for you.
• Reproduce, redistribute or sell any academic content provided through the App.

All content provided through the Services — including notes, videos, question banks, branding and the school logo — is the property of Indura English School or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Content is provided for the personal academic use of the enrolled student only.

Use of the App does not by itself confirm enrolment or admission to the school. Fees, attendance, examinations and academic policies are governed by the rules of the school as communicated through official channels. The Services may display fee dues and reminders but the source of truth remains the school office records.

We strive to keep the Services available without interruption, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify any feature for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the school shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hingoli, Maharashtra.
